Our Board of Directors brings decades of experience in sustainable and impact investing, social enterprise, asset management, community development, law, strategy, fundraising, and communications. They share our passion for making impact investable and our commitment to justice, equity, diversity, and inclusion.

Our Credit Committee oversees the credit approval process for our portfolio loans and investments, in accordance with our Lending Policy. All members of our Credit Committee have deep financial, credit, and/or industry sector experience and bring a variety of experiences across developed and emerging markets.
Our Directors Emeriti have been critical voices and champions of our work throughout our entire history, and we are proud to honor them and continue engaging them in our work.
Fun fact: All of our conference rooms in our office are named after these founding directors.
