Enterprise Multifamily Opportunity Fund II expands on the success of the Enterprise Community Investment series of conventional equity funds, which have preserved more than 8,000 affordable and workforce homes across 13 states. Back to School Bash at the Bridge at Terracina

The Back to School Bash at Bridge at Terracina was a summer success! EMOF Staff handed out free backpacks containing school supplies to 62 students. The event also had a water slide, face painting, and a snow cone truck with Kona Ice. The children were smiling and having fun with the music and activities. The event was presented by Texas Housing Conservancy and Texas Capital Bank. It was a huge success with the community coming together to celebrate and get the kids ready for the new school year!
The Bridge at Terracina offers one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartments in Austin, Texas. Residents can also enjoy two swimming pools, a picnic area, and club house that features a business center and resident lounge with a full kitchen, billiards, shuffleboard, and TV.

Resident Services at St. Clair Village

As part of the Resident Services Plan at St. Clair Village, the on-site Resident Coordinator will host bi-weekly events for the residents including senior programs, health and nutrition workshops, computer training, and holiday get-togethers. A 10-week day camp is also planned for the Summer, which will include swimming, outdoor games, crafts and educational classes for school-age children. As part of the Resident Services Plan the upcoming construction of a community garden and enhancement of the property’s food pantry program is also expected.
St. Clair Village is owned by Ginosko Development Company and offers one-, two-, three-, and four-bedroom apartments in Belleville, IL. Ginosko’s ownership of the apartment preserves the affordability of the units in the complex.

Legacy at Twin Rivers

In 2024, Enterprise completed the redevelopment of the Roslyn Rise site, now Legacy at Twin Rivers. The new four-story buildings in Columbia, Maryland provide 153 units for the mixed-income, multifamily community, in place of the 58 units formerly owned by Enterprise Community Partners. The Legacy also offers 14 units set aside for residents with disabilities.
Legacy at Twin Rivers demonstrates the opportunities of, and critical nationwide need for affordable housing and mixed-use communities. The development is well-located with proximity to schools, jobs and economic corridors, and recreational activities. Built to National Green Building Standards with clean energy technologies implemented throughout, the community includes energy star appliances, high efficiency HVAC, heat pump hot water heaters, and solar hot water.

Bridge at Sterling Springs is located in Austin, Texas and offers 172 units. The complex was constructed in 1984 with affordable rentals for families earning less than 80% AMI. The property has 9 garden-style buildings, a clubhouse, some covered parking, and a pool.
Bridge at Sterling Springs received an ORA® Award for 2022 from J Turner Research, a research firm serving the multifamily industry. The Elite 1% ORA® Power Ranking highlights conventional properties with the best online reputation in the nation based on individual ORA® scores.
